Nedap and dormakaba set the security standard at DIN in Berlin
DIN, the German Institute for Standardization, is the independent platform for standardization in Germany and worldwide. With around 750 employees, tenants who work in the interconnected buildings and a lot of visitors that arrive on a daily basis, security plays an important role at their headquarter. After a complete modernization of the building into a flexible working environment, they want to standardize their systems. Therefore DIN was looking for a combined system for time recording and access control, including visitor management. To meet their building and access control requirements dormakaba’s access control systems and Nedap’s readers for automatic vehicle identification and visitor management were selected.
