Nedap Identification Systems is happy to introduce the Knowledge Center: a central resource for all your technical support related questions. Within the Knowledge Center, you will find answers on all product related questions, FAQs, application notes and contact details from the global technical support team of Nedap Identification Systems. Nedap’s Technical Support Team provides efficient assistance for all Nedap Identification Systems products. With online support from our technical support team around the globe, you can be sure you will receive assistance wherever you are, whenever you need it.

All technical information in a central platform

Where it was previously possible to obtain technical support and documentation in various ways, a central platform has now been chosen. Michel Korthout, Technical Operations Manager: “Technical documentation was always available for our partners in a private portal and technical questions from customers were handled via contact forms on the website or via email. We wanted to create a place where interested parties, customers and partners have access to technical documentation and technical support at any time. With the development of the Knowledge Center, we offer a central platform where technical information about our solutions and products can be found, where FAQ’s and tips are shared and where you can ask and view questions yourself, at any time of the day.”

The Knowledge Center offers articles about the application of our products, FAQs, tips and tricks in multiple languages ​​(including Dutch, English, Spanish and Italian). The advantage of this platform is that you can directly ask a question to one of our support employees worldwide. For registered users it is also possible to subscribe to sections within the Knowledge Center. You will be notified as soon as a new article is published.
